先生です。
日本語はあまり得意ではありませんが、以前は、児童英会話教室でも教えていた経験があるので、英語の初級レベルの生徒さんでも、楽しくレッスンできます。
TOEICのスコアがアップして喜んでいる生徒さんもいらっしゃいます。

Hello everyone,My name is Ken, I'm from Vancouver, Canada. I have been in Japan for about 10 months now.Things here are really different from Canada. People are so polite and also friendly. One of things I love about Japan is Food. Everything is so delicious!!
Being an IHCWAY instructor is great, because IHCWAY has a great system. Most of the lessons are based on 1 to 1 individual lesson. It not only helps the student to learn more and it also encourages the student to speak more.
I used to teach at a cram school (Juku), so I know juku is not a best place to learn English. At the cram school, there are many students in one class. Therefore not all students in the class get to speak. Especially most of Japanese people are a bit shy, so in a bigger classroom, some students are too shy to speak infront of other students.
One advice for the every student. Don't be afraid to make mistakes! Also don't be shy. If you can conquer all these fears, you can learn English much faster.
